Standard Gearbox Warranty:

12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever occurs first).

Gearbox Exchange Unit

PLEASE NOTE all gearboxes that cannot be exchanged carry a £250 surcharge.

Beau Engineering uses a wide range of courier services to deliver and collect units.

 

Please ensure your old gearbox is fully drained of oil and ready for collection.

 

Please ensure to inspect all items on arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any damaged items you have signed for. In these circumstances, simply write ‘DAMAGED’ and then sign. This is to ensure that if necessary, a claim can be made against the courier company. If goods prove to be damaged do not sign & contact us immediately.

 

In the event that a part is supplied and proven to be incorrect or faulty, this must be notified within 48 hours. Collection can then be arranged; if a replacement is not available then a full refund will be offered but we cannot cover labour.
